In the ongoing wake of the COVID-19 quarantine, brands have been forced to reevaluate their role in people’s lives. How do they adapt yet stay true to their voice and values? What can they offer now that nobody else can? These questions are new to many, but not Playboy. In their 60+ year history, Playboy has time-and-again adapted to meet the evolving social landscape. So it’s no surprise to see them stay true to their brand purpose with Practice Safe Six, a campaign developed by Preacher to educate and encourage people to be responsible and respectful social partners. In a longform piece and six individual tips coming to life in video and stills, the campaign asks “is stopping the spread of socially-transmitted infection any different from stopping the spread of sexually-transmitted ones?”
